15 YEARS

Celebrating 15 Years of Jeffrey James Botanicals

It’s crazy to think—it’s been 15 years!

What started as a simple idea—clean, beautiful skincare made from ingredients you could actually pronounce—has grown into something we could have only dreamed of.

We’re now over 100,000 strong in our community, and growing every day.

And yet, we still remember the early days like it was yesterday.

Just a few days ago, I spotted a familiar name on an order—and I paused.

She first placed an order nearly 14 years ago. I remember it clearly because, back then, our website was barely more than a placeholder. Our products lived on retail shelves, online was still pretty new... and websites were not like they are today.  And her first online order came through, it was exciting, I remember thinking: Someone found us? Online?

It was a moment.

We’ve changed platforms a few times since that day, but from what I can track (and what I can’t), this was at least her 90th order.

That kind of loyalty? It’s humbling. And it’s everything.

And there are so many more just like her to celebrate.
