DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any of your items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of items; a replacement will be authorized and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of notification of damages. You may be asked to send images so we may send to the carrier to help improve their service.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - updated 10/12/2018
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee applies to purchases made on our website, www.jeffreyjamesbotanicals.com. (All brick and mortar retailers who stock Jeffrey James Botanicals products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, please contact the retailer directly for returns and exchanges. Each retailer will have guidelines they follow for returns and exchanges.)
Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days after you receive product, confirmed by carrier tracking. Return any unused portion of product with your original packing slip (or copy) and original product packaging to our warehouse within 45 days of your receipt of product. For example, you use the product for 30 days, you still have 15 days to get it back to our warehouse. Product and information as outlined above and detailed below, must arrive back to our warehouse within 45 days of receipt of your original order.
